I have been treating adult individuals who have been struggling with anxiety and depression for 23 years. Issues that I have experience working with are relational conflicts, job stress, parenting, and trauma. My approach to treatment is psychodynamic, and I use EMDR and CBT as well when it can be beneficial for the therapy.
I have experience and interest in treating PTSD, resulting from childhood as well as more recent trauma. I have effectively used CBT to address anxiety disorders, including, agoraphobia, and Anxiety/Panic Disorder. I have experience working with seniors and LBGT individuals and couples. Many of my patients also have relational issues to process.
Having an eclectic approach to treatment by combining or choosing certain therapeutic techniques is beneficial, since each patient has unique needs. I am part of a private practice group, The Cincinnati Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, located in the UC area. ADA accessible, attractive, and comfortable office space, parking on premises.
