I hold a Bachelor degree in Behavioral Science and Art Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Masters in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College. I have spent my career working with a variety of ages across the life span individually and in group settings.
I take a compassionate, eclectic approach to therapy, integrating elements of Gestalt, Person-Centered, and Jungian theory. While I have my LPC I also utilize my background in Art Therapy as an ATR-P.

A Creative Exploration
This group is designed for adolescents ages 14-17 years old, who may benefit from utilizing creative alternative approaches that promote insight into self- awareness. This creative group seeks to increase skills in mindfulness, self-esteem and identifying strengths in a group setting. Insurance coverage accepted for group therapy. To join clients must become an established client for individual therapy with Intuitive Healing and Wellness. (6 Sessions Total) SATURDAYS from 4-5pm May 2nd, May 9th, May 16th, May 23rd, May 30th, and June 6th.
