Nobody exists in a vacuum….we are all part of a system and discovering how those interactions work is exciting. I utilize evidence based Gottman techniques as well as Johnson’s Emotionally Focused approaches. Gifted children and adolescents are a particular interest and specialty.
I have been a Family Therapist, Couples Therapist and Individual and Child Psychologist for over 40 years, which gives me the freedom to enjoy what I do, say what I think, and feel comfortable using a mix of therapeutic techniques, all leavened with humor, and a sense of adventure.
