I’ve spent decades supporting teens, young adults, athletes, and families through stress, trauma, loss, and the everyday challenges of growing up and parenting. Alongside this, I have a special focus on parents—helping them not only support their kids but also tend to their own relationship struggles, identity, and the burnout that caregiving often brings.
My approach is both caring and direct—because real change doesn’t always come from comfort. It comes from having a safe place to open up, face what’s hard, and sometimes hear the kind of truth that helps you finally grow.
