Jill is here to help pre-teens, adolescents, and adults as they work through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship issues. She utilizes a warm and person-centered approach that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their feelings and develop coping skills. She values a collaborative therapeutic relationship, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every individual
She also has a strong passion for supporting those experiencing trauma and PTSD. As an EMDRIA-trained therapist, she offers a non-judgmental space for healing and uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) along with trauma-informed care. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with their sense of self and reclaim their lives.
With a master’s degree in art therapy and counseling, she believes strongly in the healing power of creativity, and she believes that everyone has creativity inside them. She is passionate about empowering clients to build resilience and achieve their personal goals.
