When you are struggling, one of the most difficult things to do is ask for help. It takes courage, faith, and trust to reach out when life feels unmanageable or overwhelming. Yet taking that one step is often the very best thing you can do for yourself and those you love. I provide compassionate, competent counseling to teens and adults in individual, and family/group settings. I use individualized talk, play, and EMDR techniques to help clients set therapeutic goals and reach them.
