Thank you for taking the time to stop by my page. I am truly honored that you have taken time out of your day to learn more about me/the services I provide. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, currently working on a PH.D in Counselor Education and Supervision and use the following integrative theoretical approaches: Adlerian Theory, Cognitive Behavioral, and Existentialism. Adler focuses on the whole person. CBT focuses on re-framing the mind to re-frame behaviors. Existentialism focuses on finding fulfillment and meaning.
My office space is an open, nonjudgmental, safe, and welcoming area.
I provide Pre-Marital Counseling which helps couples learn effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Exploring Love Languages. I provide services to LGBTQ community and Veterans. Whether it is talking about coming out, transitioning, sharing deployment experiences, or Military Sexual Trauma.
I build rapport with my clients by working with them and for them. My wish for clients is for them to leave our sessions feeling filled with excitement, happiness, and hope. One of my main goals is to produce more solutions instead of increasing problems, while providing an open/safe space. Providing a listening ear and safe place to learn positive coping.
