I offer telehealth psychotherapy for individuals of all ages who are navigating complex emotions, trauma, recovery, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a space that feels safe, compassionate, and empowering. My approach is collaborative and grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, crisis stabilization strategies, and elements of Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help clients regulate, reflect, and regain confidence. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, other mood disorders, addiction recovery, ADHD, trauma, and crisis-related issues. I support fellow caregivers and helping professionals who need space to process their own pain. I also incorporate elements of Gottman Method Couples Therapy for clients navigating relationship challenges.
