My primary goal is to help my clients find better ways to fulfill their needs. This is accomplished by evaluating maladaptive behaviors, making plans for change; and working towards healthy goals. As a therapist I provide person-centered cognitive behavioral therapy which focuses on helping my clients make better choices so they can live a quality life complete with well-connected relationships.
My focus includes teaching communication skills to improve relationships and resolve conflicts. My clients learn to make peace with the past while learning coping skills designed to meet their needs and enhance overall functioning.
