I embody the idea that healing happens through changes in relational dynamics rather than fixing the "bad person" in the relationship. At the same time, I specialize in trauma-informed care using Somatic Experiential Play Therapy and Brainspotting to provide extra support for the individual whose symptoms signal that "we can do better in this relationship".
Hardship does leave a mark on our bodies and our minds, but healing is possible. I am not here to "fix" you, your spouse or your child. I am here to hold and contain the unspeakable feelings and experiences and be a witness to your growth in resilience as you find the strength and wisdom to support your loved ones as well.
