I have been a licensed therapist with the Board of Behavioral Sciences since 2005. My therapeutic approaches/areas of focus are the following: life/health coaching, job stress management, career counseling, emotional supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, marital stress counseling, infertility and female related issues, medical issues of a new diagnosis, anxiety and depression, self-esteem/confidence problems.
