My ideal clients are ADHD and autistic teens (13+) and adults carrying trauma, anxiety, or depression, many arriving after years of misdiagnosis and exhaustion from masking to fit a world that wasn't built for their brains. Together, we work through that history and the self-protective patterns it left behind, without ever trying to make you "less ADHD" or "less autistic." My goal is to help you move from surviving to building a life, relationships, and daily rhythms that truly fit how your brain works.
I pay attention to how race and culture shape masking, misdiagnosis, and access to care, especially for BIPOC clients who've had to navigate this on top of everything else.
I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and CPT, all adapted to affirm neurodivergent traits rather than pathologize them. I'm always growing my practice; currently deepening my EMDR training.
