I work with BIPOC/PGM (People of the Global Majority) who are navigating identity, healing, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in exploring the impact of colonialism and colonial mentality, while creating space for decolonial healing.
Many of the people I support are working through anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, and men’s issues, often shaped by intergenerational messages and cultural expectations. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences have influenced your sense of self and relationships.
In our sessions, I offer a collaborative and culturally humble space where your story is witnessed with curiosity and care. We can gently unpack and reauthor inherited narratives—especially those passed down without your full consent—while honoring the complexity of your lived experience.
