I am an LPC who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who experience a wide range of mental health concerns. I specialize in treating eating disorders, body image issues, ADHD and anxiety. My theoretical orientation as a counselor is grounded in humanistic practices and person-centered approaches. I believe that building an authentic, empowering, and positive relationship with my clients is one of the most critical aspects of the therapeutic process. I believe that through therapy we are all able to bloom into the individuals we aspire to be and in turn, our life will blossom and flourish!
With experience in working with families and children as young as the age of 3, I provide family therapy, play therapy and creative modalities to help families build a stronger foundation. Additionally, I specialize in helping individuals with eating disorders at an outpatient level.
My main goal is to create and provide an environment where you feel seen, accepted and unconditionally supported in your therapeutic journey!
