Whether new to therapy or looking for a new therapist, Evolve Counseling and Consulting will support you with evolving into a mentally healthier version of you. My goal is to increase your sense of hope and purpose by processing life events, breaking free from the shackles of trauma, and giving you the skills to navigate life stressors. We'll work collaboratively to address your individual symptoms contributing to emotional distress. Sessions can be scheduled consistently or on an as-needed basis.
I have experience supporting high-stress professions, caregivers, military veterans, and adults with neurological difficulties due to head injury, cancer, or natural aging. We'll work collaboratively, allowing you to have input into the therapy process in order to decrease emotional distress and increase of hope, purpose, and joy.
Whether you are new to therapy or looking for a new therapist, I will walk you through the process and provide a comfortable therapeutic environment. My goal is to help you cope with life stressors and/or transitions by using evidence based approaches to increase your overall quality of life. Change is possible, but you don't have to figure it out alone.
