We work together to help you heal and make sense of what has happened in your past and relationship patterns so that you are free to live a life in alignment with your values and of true fulfillment. Sessions are empathic, holistic, and flexibly guided.
Treatment is tailored to your needs and includes IFS, EMDR, ACT, somatic techniques, and mindfulness-based practices and skills.
