I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Michigan and Indiana, and I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and individualized techniques to support each person’s well-being and safety. My goal is to help individuals meet their needs and cope with everyday challenges. I use a direct approach and will respectfully challenge your thinking to promote growth and positive change.
