I specialize in helping women in VA, DC, and MD—especially BIPOC women—who struggle with anxiety, relationships, and boundaries to go beyond insight and start creating change they can actually feel. You don’t have to be “the strong one” here. This is where you can finally let yourself exhale and share some of the weight you’ve been carrying.
You deserve more than surface-level support, which is why I often use EMDR & IFS to get to the root of the issue. I’ll listen without judgment, but I’ll also call you in when I can tell you’re avoiding something.
