I'm passionate about helping adolescents, teens, and adults work through their unique struggles and live more fulfilling lives. With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in areas such as depression, anxiety, stress management, and self-esteem. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida and my Master of Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at Walden University.
My approach is nonjudgmental and empathetic, with respect for every individual. I use a variety of therapeutic methods, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
