Through this understanding we can begin to break old patterns and find better ways of being in your life. As an existential therapist, I approach these challenges with an in-depth perspective and a commitment to understanding the complexities involved.
I believe therapy is a space for critical thinking and asking the difficult questions. My goal is to balance insight with practicality, I utilize, parts work, and somatic techniques with the core framework of my approach being in-depth and existential to look deeply at the struggles you are facing and work together to create impactful change.
