Clients benefit from setting aside focused time to understand what drives these patterns via the lens of attachment needs. Thinking through and verbalizing new and different ways to engage in healthy relationships within the context of a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment can be invaluable.
Our team members bring a range of counseling approaches to the therapeutic process including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC, a trauma informed approach); Attachment-Focused Family Therapy; Trauma Art Narrative Therapy; Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
