About
***Not accepting new clients.*** My passion is people and helping them to establish and sustain emotional, physical and mental health. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, grief, stress, anger, relationship issues, life transitions, parent coaching, health coaching, and stress/anxiety related to race, work environments, imposter syndrome and parenting. My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and empowering. My goal is to assist clients in developing and utilizing coping skills, working towards individual goals, establishing and maintaining self care regimens, and living a life of mental and holistic wellness.
I have experience in group therapy, health coaching, parent child interaction therapy(PCIT), DBT, CBT, eating disorders, anxiety in adults and adolescents. As well as experience as a school social worker, in intensive in-home therapy, outpatient therapy, and at the inpatient, residential and partial hospitalization levels of care.
