I have a total of 15 years of experience helping children/adolescents and adults with challenging life issues. I got my start in the helping field as a therapist for children/adolescents with autism.

I have experience with adolescents girls in mental health rehab and with adults in traditional therapy. I believe compassion is the way to help you achieve the best you. Women's Wellness: Anxiety/Depression Group

Now accepting group therapy clients. Join us in a compassion filled therapy group where the focus is to heal from depression and learn techniques to prevent spiraling into negative thoughts, feelings and actions. Life will have its difficulties. This group is designed to provide a safe environment for women to receive and give support. You are not alone. This group has a max of 10 clients. The group is an 8-week commitment. No new members will be added after the initial start date.

This group is designed to help teen girls navigate the stress of adolescent life. This time is daunting and impressionable and making healthy choices are key as they transition into young adulthood. Topics such as, relationships, academics, creativity, faith, coping and much more will be discussed. Help your teen understand the challenges of this stage and how to move forward equipped with tools and confidence. Join in with other teens for this dynamic experience.
