I approach my work with a warm and nonjudgmental attitude, prioritizing empathy and mutual respect. My primary focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, one that validates, emphasizes, and empowers them throughout their journey. I assist clients in exploring and understanding factors contributing to their challenges, helping them manage difficult emotions, break free from unhelpful thought patterns, and equip them with practical tools for resilience and navigating life's obstacles. My ultimate goal is to guide clients toward healing and personal growth.
I use an approach that draws from various foundations which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Narrative Therapy, and some aspects of Psychodynamic Therapy. This approach allows me to work with a wide range of clients and meet them where they are at in order to support their unique challenges and needs.
Services I offer include; Individual Therapy (All Ages), Psychological & Psychoeducational Evaluations (age 5-25), Parent Consultation, School Consultation, and Advocacy (IEP/504 meetings).
