I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), integrating DBT and CBT skills. I work with adult and teen trauma survivors, individuals and couples on relationship goals, public servants, and those facing behavioral challenges. I'm also very dog friendly and bring Hailie (featured in the pictures) to my office.
