You don’t have to do it all alone.
If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—whether it's relationship tension, identity loss, past trauma, or the exhaustion of managing everything without support—you’ve already done the hard part by recognizing it’s time for something different. Clients come to me when they feel disconnected—from others, from themselves, or from a sense of purpose.
Together, we identify what’s getting in the way of the life you want, and we create space for real healing. That might mean learning how to set boundaries, repairing relationships, processing past pain, or simply finding your voice again. It’s all tailored to your pace and your values.
I bring a trauma-informed lens to our work, and I integrate practical tools that support emotional regulation and deeper insight. But more than my approach, what matters is how you feel in our work together—safe, seen, and supported. My dog Hailie is often in the office too, offering her own kind of calm and companionship.

Groups
Wellnes for Warriors

Group therapy can be an essential component of treatment on its own or as a supplement to individual therapy. Group therapy provides an opportunity to better understand the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of yourself and others and serves as a social learning environment. It mimics real-world experiences in a structured, therapeutic setting which allows for treatment concepts and skills to be put into action. Join us to connect with public service workers / servants in an unfiltered space to discuss and air out the things that need to be said, expressed, or grieved.
