My name is Jessyca Hayward, I am a LCSW. I have worked with children, teens, young adults and families for over 5 years. Over those 5 years I have learned it is hard to open up to strangers and express serious traumatic or even simple issues that we face daily. We can talk and process your thoughts and feelings, and if interested we can incorporate mindful cooking therapy by processing your thoughts and emotions in a more relaxed, creative, fun, and inspiring environment. This gives a person more freedom to be able to become more vulnerable, comfortable, and at peace.
I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Mindfulness when working with individuals with communication, anxiety, depression, and anger management, behavior management and more! I am motivated and passionate about being interactive with clients while we process thoughts and feelings.
