I come from a “whole-person” approach, which means physical, mental, and spiritual health are all connected, and we can talk about one or all. My goal is to help you move through this process in a timely, but emotionally safe, manner, so you can flourish in your own space without me.
I work with those over age 18, and I have a special place in my heart for older clients. I enjoy helping people discover the why behind current behavior in order to learn from it. Depression and anxiety may take a toll on motivation, self-esteem, accountability, and the ability to look forward to the future, and I am here to walk beside you through healing.
