Physical injury can leave even the most seasoned athletes feeling overwhelmed, isolated, disconnected from their bodies, and unsure how to return to the movement they love. There is often significant grief that accompanies an injury, adding layers to an already painful process. Having a steady, supportive space is necessary to work through both the physical and emotional layers of recovery. Our therapeutic work prioritizes acute and chronic injuries, focusing on inflammation, the nervous system, and unresolved trauma that prevents our bodies from healing.
Injury doesn’t have to define you or your comeback. I help athletes break through the mental and physical blocks slowing their return to peak performance. Through EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic work, parts work, mindfulness, and movement, athletes can gently and efficiently release what is stuck, rebuild trust in their bodies, and move toward recovery.
As an athlete who has navigated complex trauma and significant injury, I offer a calm, direct, and supportive approach to healing. Using the advanced techniques mentioned above, space is created to process what is holding your body back, rebuild trust in your movement, and return to your sport with purpose, confidence, and a renewed connection to yourself.
