I am currently waitlisting new clients. Are you struggling with emotional distress? Do you often feel burdened by feelings of depression or anxiety? I believe in a collaborative approach where the client controls the pace of treatment and my role is to promote curiosity and guide the client to connect with inner strengths.
I have worked in the field since 2009 and have experience with inpatient psychiatric social work as well as individual counseling. I have focused my continuing education on trauma-trained care, including Somatic and Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Internal Family Systems. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions.
By helping clients develop improved awareness of the different factors contributing to emotional regulation, we will create a pathway to radical acceptance. Through the therapeutic relationship, I will empathize with clients and encourage them to uncover their core Self and meet their own needs, ultimately improving overall life-satisfaction.
