I work with children, teens, and young adults- from elementary school through college. I’m passionate about helping those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, bullying, or family changes, because no one should go through it alone. If you or your child is struggling to make friends, overthinking, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed, therapy can help. Together, we can build resilience, heal from the past, and rediscover strengths and confidence to get your spark back!
I always build a personalized therapy experience and want to empower you throughout therapy. I use EMDR, CBT, play therapy, IFS, art therapy, empathy, psycho-education, and somatic movement. I truly care about my clients and help them heal from trauma, learn to overcome and manage emotions, and build a strong sense of self-esteem.
Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, empowering you to face challenges with confidence and authenticity.
