Hello, I'm Jessie Santos, a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults of all ages navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in individual therapy, as well as couples and family therapy, assisting those who struggle with anxiety, depression, communication issues, boundaries, interpersonal challenges, intimacy concerns, trauma, and more.
I am passionate about this work because I truly value being a part of my clients’ journeys. It is a privilege to support individuals and families as they navigate the trials and tribulations of life.
I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy, with a particular emphasis on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma healing.
What makes my practice unique is the safe, open, and relaxed environment I try to create, which allows clients to feel comfortable exploring their emotions and experiences. The therapy process is fluid and adaptable, guided by each individual or family’s specific needs and goals. I look forward to working with you and/or your family.
