Bienvenidos and Welcome! My name is Jessie Ricker, and I consider myself a well-seasoned, mental health therapist as I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade. I've worked in a variety of treatment settings including detention, residential, community-based, and outpatient; I have gained experience domestically and abroad. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a wife and parent myself, I am very passionate about supporting couples and families within their journeys to build healthy attachments and repair ruptured relationships. I am overjoyed to support you in your treatment journey!

My therapeutic style is very interactive; I strive to build a collaborative, client-centered approach in therapy by incorporating the client's culture, interests, and core values into their sessions and always invite them to be a part of their treatment process. It's also very important to me that my clients feel accepted and establish a sense of safety.

My mission is offering a healthy balance between being truthful and compassionate while helping illuminate the path towards the client's goals. I am a firm believer that the biggest predictors of change for success in treatment are highlighting the client's inner strengths and forming an alliance with a diverse and supportive network.
