I believe healing begins not with fixing what is broken, but by witnessing what has been carried. I honor each person’s lived experience as sacred and valid, holding space for growth rooted in compassion, safety, and trust.
Together, we gently come to understand the many sides of you that have learned to protect, adapt, and endure, meeting them with compassion while deepening connection to the steady, grounded essence within. My role is to walk beside you as these parts are met with curiosity and respect, as your inner voice grows more clear and compassionate, and a deeper sense of safety and wholeness begins to unfold.
Grounded in a trauma-informed lens, I take a holistic, nervous-system-aware approach to care. I support clients in cultivating emotional regulation, deeper self-connection, and an embodied sense of safety. Our work together invites curiosity in place of judgment and unfolds at the pace of your nervous system, always guided by your capacity and consent.
My therapy space is inclusive, LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming, and rooted in anti-oppressive values. I welcome your full, authentic self and seek to co-create a relationship that feels collaborative, attuned, and deeply respectful of what matters most to you.
