Seeking therapy as a transgender, queer and/or neurodivergent person can feel isolating and exhausting. You may carry shame around the sense that you feel out of place or feel that others have a rulebook for life that you somehow missed. I strive to create a different space: one where you can bring your whole self, be understood and affirmed, and know you are seen and truly not alone. My specialization in using a mix of somatic, relational, and experiential therapies provide affirming, collaborative, and compassionate care that celebrates your identities and helps you move toward the life you deserve.
I have expertise in working with trauma/PTSD as well as working with transgender, queer and neurodivergent folks. I use a personalized approach that honors each person’s unique needs and ways of being. I focus on building a safe, affirming relationship where curiosity, reflection, and authenticity are encouraged to foster growth, healing, and lasting change.
If you are seeking a therapist with an authentic, affirming, and collaborative approach, I'd be grateful to work with you. Together, we will work at a pace that meets your needs, fostering trust and addressing the changes you wish to achieve in alignment with your individual values and goals. I invite you to reach out to learn more or get started.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, as clients have their own unique needs and ways of being that are important to accommodate for. Some of the common therapies I draw from include Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Gestalt, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Building a trusting, therapeutic relationship with my clients is central to all of my work.
