We enjoy supporting the entire family or individuals We treat men women teens and children as one of the only centers that works with children as young as 3. Adult men and women can benefit from therapy with us to help recognize patterns that may stem from childhood or traumas along the ways those patterns are interfering with optimal mental health. Our clinicians can help your teen with complex needs all the way to life transitions that teens face. Most of our clinicians have years of experience as well as additional certification and specialties such as EMDR, Registered Play therapist, LCAS, and TFCBT to name a few.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Qualified Supervisor, with credentialing in Play Therapy and SAFE E.MDR adult and child. Certified Disordered Eating, and Gottmans Couples Certified I Have experience in trauma, anxiety, depression in children, teens and men and women. As the business owner I work well with other business owners or CEOs.
I provide a laid back, positive approach to counseling and use a person/child centered therapeutic approach, but realize the needs of each client are different and accommodate accordingly using other approaches as well. Trauma clients can get fast healing from SAFE E.MDR treatment sessions.
