Healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about remembering your wholeness, reconnecting with what has always been there.
I strive to create space for deep presence, where the unconscious can rise into awareness. With attuned listening and curiosity, I help uncover hidden emotions and shift longstanding patterns. As we slow down and listen, clarity emerges, making space to reconnect with your inner wisdom. I offer sessions in-office and through equine-assisted psychotherapy
