An authentic sense of connection within our close relationships, our communities, and to what gives our lives meaning is vital. As a somatic therapist, I work with clients to rebuild that sense of connection first by relating to our own bodies. I support clients in accessing mind-body coherence through nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and the gentle navigation of how trauma lives in the body. I work with individuals of all identities, with a focus on queer and femme folks, and always bring a social justice lens to help clients reclaim agency, feel more at home in their bodies, and show up more fully in their lives.

My Masters degree is in somatic counseling, and I blend this foundation with several compatible modalities: IFS, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and Authentic Movement. I also draw from training in art therapy and Jungian dream work to help uncover and process unconscious patterns that shape our sense of self, identity, and relationship to others.

Whether you are navigating life transitions, deepening self-understanding, repairing past wounds, or attempting to repattern relational strategies with loved ones, I offer gentle interventions tailored to your unique situation.
