I am dedicated to helping individuals thrive within all aspects of their lives. With a focus on supporting students, athletes, postpartum females, and families. I provide personalized, empathetic care to address the unique challenges faced by individuals and their family systems. Using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, family systems techniques, and for sports specificically, performance coaching, I work with individuals to decrease stress, build resilience, improve focus, and achieve their goals. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs.
I specialize in child and youth psychotherapy, and also support postpartum women, with an emphasis on mental health and sports counseling. I help individuals and families balance academic/career, behavioral, and personal needs by managing stress, decreasing depressive symptoms, and feeling fulfilled within their personal lives.
Services include individual therapy for children, adolescents, youth, young adults, or families, and specialized support for managing athletic-related or postpartum stress and academic, behavioral, or performance issues. Please contact me to schedule a consultation or to learn more about how I can support your needs. I offer flexible appointment times.

I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, also referred to as CBT, during counseling sessions. In your initial session, we'll explore what brought you to counseling and do an intake assessment where we will then discuss the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll explore how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences and how you can challenge those thoughts.
