I'm Jessie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I use evidence-based approaches including CPT, TF-CBT, and DBT — structured enough to create real progress, flexible enough to meet you where you are. My background includes crisis response, intensive outpatient, and dual diagnosis work, which means I'm comfortable with the hard stuff.
