I’m a therapist in Provo, Utah, passionate about helping people navigate life’s changes and emotional challenges with compassion and curiosity. I provide individual therapy for children, teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship struggles, OCD, and trauma. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly women with ADHD, and those working through perfectionism, emotional regulation, chronic stress, and self-acceptance. I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy in a supportive, respectful space.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients build coping skills, strengthen self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer mental health counseling in Provo, Utah, including online therapy for Utah residents.
