I help clients navigate these challenges to build and maintain healthy relationships and develop an overall positive well being.
Additionally, I help parents navigate the rollercoaster of parenthood. Many come to me seeking guidance around complex family dynamics, blended families, issues of school refusal/avoidance, the anxious teen, adoption issues, acting out behaviors, or the young adult “failure to launch.”
In my practice, I work with adults, young adults and adolescents with a broad range of challenges. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, depression, and life transitions. My approach is relational, practical and conversational. I use a psychodynamic lens to help client’s understand how their past often comes into their present and how to work through this and heal.
