I'm a compassionate person that believes everyone deserves to feel understood. I work primarily with individuals facing issues related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health and enjoy working with moms to develop self-confidence as they navigate challenges in this new phase of life.
I take pride in supporting individuals work through life stressors, heal old wounds, and learn new ways to work towards achieving happiness.
