I enjoy working with adults, couples, teens and families to facilitate growth and healing from trauma, codependency, eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, intimacy issues, difficult relationship dynamics, maladaptive coping skills, partner betrayal, low self-worth and life transitions.
With a gentle yet challenging approach, it is my desire to meet clients where they are, while creating a safe and non-judgmental space. I work with my clients to challenge negative core beliefs, heal attachment-based wounds and guide the restoration of relationship to self and others.
