Are you someone who is looking to do more than talk about what's challenging you? If you want to embark on a deepening journey into your body and soul, ready to explore areas such as movement, art, mindfulness, and spiritual practice, and in doing so, are ready to grow your awareness of yourself as a whole, I am here for you. I specialize in offering Internal Family Systems paired with somatic and expressive arts therapies, working often with trauma of all kinds, and helping my clients heal holistically. From your nervous system to your attachment struggles or unhealthy coping, we address all aspects of how your troubles manifest.
I am trained as a dance/movement therapist. I am passionate about the power of integrating the body, mind, and spirit; using my knowledge of clinical practice, neuroscience, somatic work, and movement systems to inform my work. I tailor my sessions to each individual, combining evidence-based techniques, movement, creativity, and IFS.
It can be intimidating to dive into the body or the arts, so I pace our sessions based on where each client feels comfortable. With compassion and guidance, we evolve mindfulness into embodiment and expression, leading to resolution and transformation of what holds you back in life.
