Through our gentle work and exploration you will begin to untangle the internal and external knots that bind you and reconnect with your core being. Our work becomes the catalyst for increased personal awareness and deeply sought growth, forward movement and fulfillment.
The purpose of my work is to help you facilitate greater comfort, enriched meaning and fulfillment in your life. Our work together will reawaken and empower your wholeness. You will recover healing and growth from life's wounds, sorrows and setbacks. You will learn to identify, understand and disengage from self-defeating thought patterns and behaviors.
Discovering kindness toward yourself, you will replace limiting perspectives with a genuine awareness of options. The word 'heal' means to make or become whole. Time after time I’ve had the honor of witnessing people shed limiting patterns, move through pain, confusion, and protective shields, and as a result, rediscover their inherent beauty and wholeness.
