With nearly 30 years in mental health—including 20 years as a case manager and supervisor—I understand the emotional demands of helping professions. I offer practical, compassionate therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma, anxiety, grief, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions, helping you move from surviving to truly living.
