A passion for people drives my determination to help you regain your sense of stability. My role is to help you get your power back and learn to cope with the trial’s life throws at you. I am compassionate and dedicated and want to make each session what you need in that moment. I bring experience from inpatient, outpatient, and corrections working with a variety of individuals and families dealing with mild to severe mood and anxiety disorders, suicidality, self-harm, and personality disorders. I’m excited to start this healing journey with you!
I offer a judgement free zone for anyone experiencing distress in their lives. In your first session we will talk about what is troubling you, what your struggles are, and how I can better assist you. In your second session, we will identify core values, go over the treatment plan, and start your healing process. It's time to get to work!
I believe that connecting and collaborating with your therapist in your care will produce the best outcomes. I offer free 15-minute consultations to briefly go over what your needs are and how we can help you have a smooth and easy process in healing.
