I am passionate about working with individuals conflicted with anxiety stemming from past trauma. Our attachment to this world and our connection with others is cultivated during childhood.
My goal is to assist all my clients by encouraging their personal growth through nurturing strengths, creating authenticity and building resilience. Using collaboration, I strive to support my clients in their efforts to regain their life by producing change and creating a balanced lifestyle.
