Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and I work with individuals and families who are struggling with shame, anxiety, feeling “stuck” in patterns that affect relationships and personal growth or individuals struggling with executive functioning or ADHD. I combine Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (parts work) to help clients explore the stories they tell about themselves and the different parts of themselves that influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also offer executive function coaching.
I can help you learn tools for emotional regulation and help you improve your relationship with yourself. I also teach you what “executive function” is and we identify which areas you struggle with including planning, task initiation, focus, and follow-through. We will create practical strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
