I work with primarily with teens (14+) and adults navigating anxiety and/or trauma. I especially love supporting fellow LGBTQ folks, neurodivergent people, "nerds", theater kids (past, present, or simply at heart), and anyone who has ever felt “weird” or left out.
I lead with transparency and evidence-based, science-backed practices. I draw from various modalities, based on what suits your unique needs, including EMDR, DBT, IFS-informed, expressive arts, somatic, and attachment-focused approaches. I strive to create a space where therapy can be both meaningful and fun!
I believe that healing starts when you’re free to be fully yourself, when you feel safe enough and seen. You are the expert of your own experience. My job is to ask questions that help you dive a little deeper, offer new perspectives, and walk alongside you wherever you are in that journey.
